Join us in the heart of Boca Raton for an unforgettable New Year's Eve of dining and dancing to the greatest music of all time! The evening will be filled with music that's just right for the occasion - whether socializing with friends, dining or dancing the night away and, at just the right moment, Chris Ruggiero will take the stage in the Grand Oasis Ballroom of the Boca Raton Marriott for a full-length show featuring songs from his 4 albums that he's selected specifically to celebrate New Year's Eve. But Chris won't be alone. He's bringing a Grammy-Award-Winning special guest star: Chubby Tavares, the original lead singer of the legendary group that bears his name. You know Chubby's voice from iconic disco classics like "Heaven Must Be Missing An Angel," "It Only Takes a Minute" and "More Than a Woman" (from the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack.) This will be a once in a lifetime event for those lucky enough to snag a ticket.
The Boca Raton Marriott… The Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center is very conveniently-located near the heart of downtown, steps away from amazing restaurants, and shopping and just a short drive to sandy beaches. The Marriott is the crown jewel of Boca Center which boasts an exclusive collection of designer shops and upscale boutiques in the heart of Boca Raton, conveniently located off Military Trail just north of Palmetto Park Road. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes off of the Glades Road exit of I-95 and less than a mile from Town Center Mall. What a place to spend New Year's Eve!
Arrival… The event begins at 9:00 PM, but you may arrive up to 30 minutes earlier to check-in.
Parking… is conveniently located just steps from the door of the venue and your ticket includes self-parking at no charge.
Your tickets… include the evening's entertainment and your 4-course meal and a champagne toast at midnight. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening. Tickets are priced at $229 and $269 (for seating at one of the 5 premium tables located front and center of the stage). Tax and gratuity will be added at check-out so there will be no need to tip your servers on the night of the event. Your table assignment is based on the order in which you booked your reservation. The room is rather intimate and no table is more than 3 tables away from the stage. For your convenience, upon check-out, you may request to be seated with others who are reserving separately.
Your meal… is a 4-course delight! Appetizer, salad, your choice of dinner entree, dessert. Make your entree selection at check-out to ensure your meal is perfect on the night of the event. Chose between Chicken Breast with a Madeira Reduction, Grouper with a Pomegranate Reduction, Filet Mignon with Chimichurri or a vegetarian / gluten-free option. All entrees are served with Roasted Potatoes and Jumbo Grilled Asparagus.
Dancing… If you've got the stamina, the dance floor will be open all night! We do things the old-fashioned way - Chris will be performing with live musicians and even live horns. Live drums provide the back beat, saxophones and trumpets blaring just like in the good old days. It'll be just the right volume and just the right groove for a discerning audience that knows what good music is. When you’re done enjoying the live show, you can dance the night away to your favorite dance classics from the 70s and beyond.
Getting home… The best way to get home after the event is to take the elevator! The Boca Raton Marriott is graciously offering rooms at a dramatically reduced rate of just $269 per night for stays from December 30th through January 5th. It's a very special evening… so the dress code is semi-formal, black tie optional. Jackets and collared shirts preferred for gentlemen. No jeans, shorts, sandals or athletic wear. For the enjoyment of all of our guests who are expecting nothing but the best, the dress code will be strictly enforced, without exception.
